Trick Daddys siebtes Studioalbum „Back By Thug Demand“ erscheint nun offiziell am 19.Dezember 2006 über Slip N Slide/Atlantic. Gastauftritte kommen unter anderem von Trina, Baby, Lil‘ Wayne und Eightball. Als erste Single wurde „Bet That“ mit Features von Chamillionaire und Goldrush auserkoren. Die Miami Legende über seinen neuen Longplayer: „People say keeping it real is a hard thing to do. Keeping it real is easy. Being fake and being soft is hard to do. For me not to keep it real or sell you a record that is fake, my luck will probably be bad for the rest of my life.“
