Frank Ocean soll bereits dieses Jahr als „Healdiner“ auf dem Festival gebucht worden sein. Aufgrund der Corona-Krise könne das „Coachella Festival“ jedoch nicht wie geplant stattfinden, weshalb es auf nächstes Jahr verschoben wurde: „Frank was reportedly not available for the reschedule festival, so Tollet felt it necessary to reassure fans that the Channel Orange artist would be returning in 2023“, so HotNewHipHop. Frank Ocean würde den Termin nächstes Jahr nicht wahrnehmen können und somit erst im darauffolgenden Jahr an dem Festival teilnehmen.
