Producer 88 Keys, der in der Vergangenheit bereits Leute wie Macy Gray, A Tribe Called Quest und Mos Def mit Instrumentals versorgt hat, wird am 11. November 2008 sein erstes Solowerk veröffentlichen. Der Tonträger trägt den Namen „The Death Of Adam“ und wird niemand Geringeren als Kanye West als Executive Producer aufweisen.
88 Keys selber wird auf dem Album auch als Rapper und Sänger auftreten und sieht seinen Longplayer als klassisches Konzeptalbum:
