Als wäre Mistah F.A.B.’s Single ‚Ghost Ride It‘ nicht schon kontrovers genug (der Track beschäftigt sich mit dem völlig bescheuertem Phänomen des ‚Ghostriding‘), versucht Columbia Pictures nun das Video zur Single zu verbieten. Grund ist das Auftauchen des Ghostbusters Autos und des Ghostbusters Logos in dem Clip.
Lustige Sache, vor allem da das Video für eine Ausstrahlung bei MTV und BET schon 52mal umgeändert werden musste( das ‚Ghostriding‘ wurde zu explizit zelebriert). Mistah F.A.B. nimmt das Ganze eher gelassen: „It’s a cultural shock right now. If you not a part of it, you’re trying to stop it. That’s what you call a movement, and I’m just happy to be at the forefront of it. People just gotta be responsible for what they doing and how they do it. Publicity in the music industry, good or bad, is great. My momma always say, ‚When they stop talking about you is when you get worried.“
