Kid Cudi hatte in der Vergangenheit die Veröffentlichung seines dritten Studio-Albums „Indicud“ schön öfters verschoben, doch nun gibt es ein neues Datum für das Album.
Der G.O.O.D. Music Rapper gab bei Twitter bekannt, dass das neue Album am 23. April in den Läden stehen soll.
Kid Cudi hatte das Album schon mal als seine Version von Dr. Dres „The Chronic 2001“ beschrieben.

Update: In einem Interview mit Billboard.com gab Kid Cudi nun einige Namen bekannt, mit denen er auf „Indicud“ zusammengearbeitet hat. Offensichtlich werden Personen wie Too $hort, A$AP Rocky, Kendrick Lamar und RZA auf dem neuen Album vertreten sein. Außerdem erwähnte er, dass er mit der Indie-Rockband Haim über einen von Hit-Boy produzierten Track gejammt hat.
„I’ve done a lot of collabs with people that, on paper, people are going to be like, ‚Oh shit!‘ It’s already been put out there that I did a song with Too Short. I can’t wait for people to hear that. That’s one of those jams that you wouldn’t expect and it’s exactly what you expect of Kid Cudi. There’s a lot of energy. It’s one of my favorites. RZA for sure is on there. Too Short and Kendrick Lamar is on there. I got a session with A$AP [Rocky] tonight. So we’ll see what happens. We’ve been working the last couple of days. I got this group called Haim… they’re so dope. We were able to do a jam with something me and Hit-Boy did. It’s a song that we’ve been trying to make happen for, like, two years now. I had the idea to get the girls on it and we reworked the beat a little bit. That will definitely be on there.“
Update 2: Nun wurde die Tracklist sowie auch das Cover von „Indicud“ veröffentlicht.
Update 3: Nachdem Kid Cudi gesten seinen Weggang von G.O.O.D. Music bekannt gab, gibt es nun die Snippets zum kommenden Album.
Update 4: Da „Indicud“ bereits in den letzten Tagen ins Internet leakte, hat man sich entschlossen den Release um eine Woche vorzuverlegen. „Indicud“ erscheint somit nun bereits am 16. April.
