Bun B hat Asylum Records verlassen und wid sein neues Album "Trill O.G." nun über Fontana Records, eine Untergruppe von Universal Music Group, vertreiben lassen. Anscheinend wird er aber weiterhin auch bei Rap-A-Lot Records verbleiben. Bun B's erste Soloalben "Trill" und "II Trill" waren noch über Rap-A-Lot Records und mit Vertrieb von Jive Records erschienen.

Bun B über den Labelwechsel:

"I work better in the small system. When you’re in the big system it’s really about breaking you and exposing you and I think I’ve been able to build a career as far as just associating myself."

"Trill O.G." soll dann im Mai 2010 über Rap-A-Lot Records/Universal Music Group/Fontana Records erscheinen. Bislang von Bun B bestätigt wurden Features von Drake, Young Jeezy Jamie Foxx und Trey Songz sowie Beats von DJ Premier und Pharrell Williams
