Asher Roth wird voraussichtlich am 21. April 2009 sein Debutalbum „Asleep In The Bread Aisle“ veröffentlichen. Auf dem Longplayer wird der Rapper aller Wahrscheinlichkeit nach von Cee-Lo und Ludacris unterstützt werden. Beats kommen von Don Cannon und Oren Yoel, der einen Großteil der Instrumentals bereitgestellt hat. Auf dem Album thematisiert Asher Roth u.a. in dem Track ‚As I Em‘ die vielen Vergleiche mit Eminem:
